2. Pinza waiting list

When you join the waiting list, we store your email address, the language of the page from which you registered, the source (for example, the video through which you arrived), and the date and time of your consent and its confirmation. The sole purpose is to inform you about the first testable version of Pinza. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use a double opt-in procedure: you are added to the list only after clicking the link in our confirmation email. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to the address above. Your data is deleted when you unsubscribe or when it is no longer needed for this purpose.

3. Email delivery: Brevo

The waiting list and email delivery run through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin). Brevo processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Hosting and analytics: Cloudflare

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technically necessary connection data, such as the IP address, is processed in doing so. For visitor statistics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without recognising individual visitors. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data-processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
